EDI made easy

The concept of EDI is to enable the system to receive or send out information electronically without the necessity of user intervention. In an effort to provide this functionality as generically as possible this module defines the inputs and outputs that DYNAMIC 3i has the capability of working with. Since EDI has a number of standards with which it will work, our capabilities, will handle these standards in conjunction with EDI mapper of choice.

Trading partner ID

DYNAMIC 3i EDI provides the ability to identify the incoming and outgoing information to be transmitted to the correct accounts.

File layouts

The file layouts for both incoming and outgoing documents from the system have been identified for ease of use in setting up the mapper to put or take the information to the system and check for potential error relationships and make any necessary corrections.

Transactions

Most in bound and out bound transactions have been incorporated into the system including : 850, 810, 856, 997.
